About
Linnea Tuominen is a finnish circus artist, who enjoys spinning in the air and on the ground. She is an aerialist who graduated from the Salpaus circus education (SaSak) 2021. 2017-2018 Linnea studied contemporary dance at Västra Nylands Folkhögskolan and was involved in the project Ur led. She has gained performance experience for example in the Moomin World and in numerous projects at school. In the summer of 2021, she carried out the “Aava” solo project as part of Taiteiden kesä.

"Aava" is a solo piece combining dance and trapeze, inspired by the poem Ihmeellinen meri (Wonderful sea) by Edith Södergran. The music is composed by Anna Salmi. This piece is made for all kinds of audiences and there is no age limit. The act can be a solo or part of a show. Can be performed also on own aerial Rig Free Standing Structure.
